GETTING STARTED

What happens after you get started.

Five steps, and the first four are ours.

  1. RIGHT AWAY

    Your portal opens.

Your agreement, your invoice, and a list of exactly what we need are waiting inside.

  2. DAY 1 TO 3

    You upload.

Your last 1-3 years of returns, and anything the IRS has sent you recently. Our team checks the file against the checklist for your lane and comes back for whatever's missing.

  3. WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS

    Findings land.

A written report: what was missed, what it's worth, and what to do about it, ranked. It's yours whether you go further or not.

  4. YOUR SESSION

    We walk you through it.

On a virtual strategy session, together, line by line. Unlimited questions. Full clarity.

  5. FROM THERE

    You decide.

We'll tell you plainly which of the next steps applies: an amendment if there's money to recover, an Intensive if the setup is missing, and a subscription to run it going forward. Your $497 comes off whichever one you pick.

Have these ready

  • Your last 3 years of returns, personal and business.
  • Anything the IRS has mailed you in the last year.
  • Access to your bookkeeping, however it currently exists.

If some of it is missing or a mess, start anyway. That's a normal place to begin.

AFTER THE AUDIT

Where it goes from there.

Next steps, customized for you.

The Recovery Amendment, Return rebuild + $397 per year

Somebody missed it. We go back and get it.

We rebuild the return from scratch, correct what's wrong, file the amendment, and track it until the IRS pays. That takes them 16 to 20 weeks.

Refund claims close after 3 years, so the window on your older returns is real.

If the recovery doesn't clear about twice the fee, we put that in writing and you keep the strategy anyway. We never take a cut of what comes back.

Starts with the Audit. We don't amend a return we haven't read.

The Intensive, $2,497

One stretch of work that changes every year after it.

Every one-time setup happens here. Your seat runs the machine. This is where we build it.

Agent

S-corp analysis and election, your salary set and documented, accountable plan, payroll set up, and a first-year blueprint.

Investor

Entity and depreciation strategy, cost segregation coordinated on one property, your short-term rental or REPS plan with the paperwork that defends it, and a 1031 roadmap. Engineering studies, legal documents, and intermediaries are specialists we bring in and manage.

Builder

Entity analysis and move, payroll, job costing set up, an equipment depreciation plan, and a first-year blueprint.

The Audit credit brings this to $2,000. Start a Pro or Premier seat within 30 days after and you get a month's value credited toward it.

The Subscription, $1,497 to $17,997 / yr

A tax firm that actually calls you in July.

Returns, books, payroll, planning sessions, projections, filings, and someone who picks up when you're mid-deal and need an answer.

Three levels, priced by how often we're in it with you.

The Audit finds it. The Amendment fixes it. The Intensive builds it. The Subscription runs it.

THE LEVELS

Three levels. The difference is how often we're in it with you.

Every lane has the same three levels. What separates them is cadence, and cadence is what actually changes your outcome.

THE FIRM

Who you'd be working with.

Queen Tax Solutions is a virtual tax and strategy firm for the real estate world. We file returns. The bigger part of the job is the eleven months around them.

Olivia Davis founded the firm in 2018 and still runs operations. She's a licensed real estate agent, she came out of corporate construction and property services, and she's building her own portfolio. So when a client says the lender is asking for two years of returns and the write-offs just tanked their debt-to-income, that's a conversation we've had from both sides of the table.

We're a small team on purpose. Four specialists handle books, payroll, and preparation. Olivia owns the strategy, the review, and the relationship.

HOW A RETURN MOVES

01 / 07

01Agreement

We start with a clear engagement letter. You know the scope, the price, and what's expected before anything begins.

YEAR-ROUND

We're still here when the filing is done.

Tax season is not the only time you need us. You get a letter from the IRS. You close a deal and want to know how it changes your plan. You have an idea and want to talk it through before you act.

We read the letter. We look at the numbers. We tell you what to do next, and we handle the response if the situation calls for it. You don't have to figure it out alone.

THE GUARANTEE

The 200% Optimization Promise

"We don't chase the biggest refund. We optimize your entire tax picture: lowering what you legally owe, claiming every credit and deduction you've earned, and handing you a plan for next year. If we don't deliver that, and you're not satisfied with our work and your experience, we'll refund 200% of your preparation fee. Double your money back."

  • Applies to the preparation fee portion only.
  • You completed your part and gave us accurate information.
  • You raised the concern within 30 days of delivery.

Our client's are our business. If you're experience is ever less than expected, we work to correct it within 48 hours!

THE HONEST ANSWERS

Questions people actually ask.

A signed agreement, your payment, and your documents in the portal. We don't open a file until all three are in, which is the only reason we can promise a turnaround at all.

No. The Audit stands on its own. It tells us which package fits, and plenty of people take the report, make the fixes themselves, and stop there. The $497 only credits forward if you want it to.

Most people's are. We quote the cleanup before anything starts, so you get a number instead of watching one add up.

Audit findings in 5 business days. On Pro and Premier, a 48-hour draft once your file is complete. That last part depends on you.

We won't put a number on it before we've read your returns, and you should be careful with anyone who does. What we can tell you is where it usually comes from: your entity, depreciation set up correctly, an accountable plan, and quarterlies that stop the penalty bleeding. The Audit puts a real number on it in 5 days.

It starts with the Audit. We don't amend a return we haven't read, and the $497 credits into the amendment anyway.

You're still welcome, and plenty of our clients aren't. We market to real estate because we live in it. Everyone else gets priced against the closest lane at the same rates.

Yes. Every package is annual with a monthly option that runs about 10% more. Monthly commits you to the year, and you can pay it off whenever you want.

We tell you at your planning session, before the bill. Nothing lands on an invoice we haven't talked about.

Ask yours when they last called you in July. Filing-season work is data entry on decisions you already made. The money is in the decisions, and those happen between May and December.

By April the year is closed. Your entity, your equipment purchases, your depreciation elections, your salary, all locked. We work the part of the calendar where those still move.

Yes, on the busywork. A human reviews everything that matters, and nothing is filed without your signature.

No, and most small businesses don't need one. The benefits of working with a tax professional who is not a CPA includes specialized expertise, more personalized attention, proactive tax planning, and lower overall costs. With over 14 years experience in small business tax strategy and operations, Olivia has a wealth of knowledge and depth of understanding about your situation that most CPA's don't. Olivia also holds an IRS issued AFSP certification and Queen Tax is an IRS authorized e-file provider. When your situation calls for a CPA or attorney, we partner with them to manage costs and optimize your outcome.

Start with the Audit.

$497. Your last 3 years audited, a written report, a session with us, and a plan you keep either way. It comes off whatever you do next.
